Frequently Asked Questions
While some experience is helpful, this program is designed to meet you where you are. What matters most is a genuine commitment to deepening your practice and a willingness to learn.
Yes — that's exactly what this program is built for. Our part-time, hybrid schedule uses weekend intensives and flexible coursework so you can train without putting your career on hold.
Just yourself and comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and props are provided, and our instructors will help you set up for extra support and comfort as needed.
No — Prenatal Yoga is practiced in a non-heated, comfortable environment, unlike some of our other classes. Overheating isn't recommended during pregnancy, so we keep this practice cool and gentle.
Many students practice through their third trimester with appropriate modifications. Your instructor will help adjust poses as your pregnancy progresses, and we always encourage listening to your body and checking in with your care provider along the way.
