In 2023, the yoga studio in the Susquehanna Shoppes closed its doors. For a lot of people, that would have been the end of the story. For Christine Berger, RYT-200, it was the beginning of one.
Rather than let the space — and the community that had grown around it — simply disappear, Christine opened One Love Yoga as something entirely new. Not a continuation of what came before, but a fresh studio built around a simple belief: that yoga should be accessible, welcoming, and genuinely connected to the people who practice it.
That belief still shapes everything we do today. It’s why our studio runs on four core values — Community, Growth, Love, and Mind-Body Connection — instead of just a class schedule. It’s why our instructors take the time to actually get to know their students, not just lead a sequence. And it’s why, whether you’re stepping onto a mat for the first time or your five-hundredth, you’ll be met with the same encouragement here.
Yoga is not about perfection. It’s about practice — and about showing up, together, in a space built to welcome you exactly as you are.
